Saturday Maxed out!!

Hello folks. It's saturday evening and we had a very hectic day!! I had tuition from 9-11am in my stupor. Immediately after that, we brought Jay Jay to another doctor (this time in brickfield's) to seek a 2nd opinion for his tear stains.

Leaving the clinic at around 1pm, we zoomed back to our home to deposit Jay Jay and feed him his brunch and his medication. Then, we scampered to The Gardens for our previously booked facial. Ahhhhhh The Life! After the facial, we gave in to the cajoling and upgraded our package to enjoy further discounts. The following holds true : "The More You Buy, The More You save!!!!"

We then had a quickie lunch at the taiwanese restaurant and then gelato afterwards. Then, it was Made of Honour for a sweet and touching good time. :) We enjoyed ourselves on the comfy couch in the Signature cinema (RM20/ticket).

Cold Storage beckoned next and we picked up some prawns and lala to fry with our spaghetti. *home sweet home*

Where has the time gone?

I can't believe it's Friday AGAIN!! OMG where has the time gone? All me youth is slipping away! Hahaha. Well, my youth used to be GUSHING away when I was in MOE so now it's a BIG improvement, yeah? How positive!!!

I just cooked (dinner!!) and am waiting to start my classes in a zonked out state. I spent almost the whole of yesterday out. After Phoebe's class, we drove down together to Alan's office as he needed to instruct her on how to change the look of his office - Did i mention she's his office I.D.? :)

Then I had lunch with Alan at the Korean restaurant in his office building. My ginseng chicken soup was pricey (RM48) and abit bland but very healthy, I guess. We went back to his office where I whipped out my poems and began to PC them for Su Li. :P
Before long, the words were swimming before my very eyes but I was stuck in the office instead of gallavanting around in Pavilion because of the threatening sky.

Soon, the skies broke and the drizzles began. I waited a while longer before I plucked up my courage and headed out (without a brolly stupidly) to walk towards Pavilion. I got there drenched but safe and sound and quickly purchased my ticket for Get Smart at 5pm.

The show lasted till almost 710pm but it wasn't entertaining throughout although there were some laughs in between. And then I proceeded to do what I do best - help the malaysian economy.

I picked up some cosmetics at Watson's and quelled my urge to buy a cute skirt which I know I'd never wear. hahaa. O well...Alan joined me after walking to Pavilion (to beat the jam) and we had a light but satisfying Hokkien Prawn Noodles at Food Republic. Although it wasn't fried with lard and is Halal, it was still very tasty and a good treat! we washed down the oil with soya bean drink.

I wanted to pick up "One Item" - Magarine at the Mercanto, a high-classes supermarket but needless to say, we got carried away again. I bought some cookie mix and butter and cheese and Alan hit the choco section to pick up two bars. We bought some grapes and bananas too.
After we paid, I realised, to my horror, that Alan hadn't driven to Pavilion. And so, we flexed our muscles and strolled back to the car in his office building, maybe 400m away?

Jay Jay's in Hospital!

I just got back home from the hospital. Jay Jay has been admitted. Nothing serious, not to worry. We needed the vet to extract two of his decayed teeth and also flush his eye ducts to see whether the reason for his excessive tearing that they are clogged.

I visited Alan's office after that and then had our late breakfast at the CoffeeBean at Pavilion.

My classes start at 330pm today and end at 8pm. By then, Alan should be back with a very stoned and bo-gay Jay Jay.

Our weekend -tiringly fulfilling

Friday the 13th was spent alone at home. I had three tuition classes in the day - Phoebe's , Hayden and Avik's combined class and also Dania's. Alan went to karaoke after work with his colleagues and sang his lungs out and I sketched violently online in his absence, not missing him one single bit. kekekeke

Saturday 14th June

Alan went with Loh to view Wei Jin's new house and decide on the security systems to install for them. They will provide them top-notch systems and service, I have no doubt! :D
He brought back curry mee for me, courtesy of Wei Jin and we started our drawing fits into the early afternoon.

Then, we took a much needed nap, having slept at 3+ the previous day.

It was 5+pm when we finally left the house for some fresh air. We headed for KLGCC to throw some balls in the gutter. haahhaa Alan brought along his own ball and wore his own shoes (that spoke, if u know what i mean...). After 2 games each, we were aching away and decided that was enough torture for the day. (The total cost -for members- for two pairs of shoes, and 4 games in total??? RM14.70!!!!!!!) how amazing.

Dinner was at the Terrace and Alan had penang char kuay teow and I had mee rebus. We shared some tulang soup which was absolutely delicious!!! *claps*

We went to The Gardens next with the aim of watching a movie but amazingly, the seats were all sold-out. So we roamed around and ended up buying a purple clay teapot (we love tea) and some dark tea and green tea to neutralise all the sinfulness in our bellies.

And shopped at Robinson's to buy Alan a water tumbler to store his hot tea at work. ahhaha. So spoilt! We also contemplated buying the Corelle set but didn't in the end even though it is very suitable for the butter-fingered maid. :P

Sunday 16th June

Happy Fathers' Day Daddy! We love you lots!!!! :D

We woke up in time to bring Jay for his class. The teacher praised him for being an "EXCELLENT" student and we beamed in pride. But as the sunrays grew stronger, Jay grew irritable and refused to obey the "DOWN" command. I guess it's because the ground was dirty and his cushy lil' pillow wasn't there , all laid out for him. ahahhaa. The spoilt brat!!!

We zoomed down to Ikano Power Centre and visited the vet who determined that Jay should get his rotten teeth pulled out and his eyes ducts flushed due to excessive tearing. We will bring him to do that at a hospital the coming week.

Jay was also sent for grooming and we then headed for lunch, deciding to try Absolute Thai. The decision made was a great one as we savoured our meal delightedly. My spaghetti with basil leaves was flavourful and the papaya salad and the tom yum seafood soup did not disappoint. Only alan's pineapple rice was a little bland.

We then went into Ikea to buy some spoons. A few hours later, Rm280 poorer, we left Ikea, WITHOUT the spoons. hahahaa *faint*

Exhausted after transporting all the barang barang back home (toge with the irate and almost bald doggie), we rested for a short while and then decided to head to the Gardens for dinner.
Little Penang Kafe was our choice for that meal. My Acar fish set was OK whilst Alan's (extra cockles) laksa was quite delicious. I was adventurous and ordered a nutmeg drink too.
We then shopped at Carerrfour and stocked up for the week. :D The end.
